Select your product, add it to your cart and proceed to checkout. Enter your complete delivery details and place the order.
What payment method is available?
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders within Pakistan.
What is the delivery charge?
Standard delivery is Rs. 250.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery is 4–5 business days for major cities and 5–6 business days for remote areas.
Do you deliver internationally?
Currently, RAWAAN delivers within Pakistan only.
ChopPro™ FAQs
What comes with the ChopPro™?
The product includes 5 interchangeable cutting blades.
Can I return the ChopPro™?
Eligible wrong or defective products can be returned within 3 days of delivery.
Is an unboxing video required?
Yes. For damage, missing items or defect complaints, an unboxing video is required.
Who pays return delivery?
For an eligible return, the customer sends the product using a traceable delivery service at their own return-delivery expense. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
When is the refund processed?
Approved refunds are processed within 2 working days after the returned product is received.
