3-Day Return Window
For RAWAAN ChopPro™, return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
Eligible Returns
Returns are limited to cases where the customer receives the wrong product or the product has a defect or issue.
Unboxing Video Required
For complaints involving damage, missing items or defects, an unboxing video is required. Without an opening/unboxing video, such complaints may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Eligible returns should be sent through a traceable delivery service. Return delivery is the customer’s responsibility.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 2 working days after the returned product is received.
